I do really believe that English as a global language is not a good idea throughout the world. It would kill many traditions and a lot of language family would be dissapear forever. From my point of view, people will understand each other better if they use their own language and also through the language they would show better their emotions , foods, culture and last but not least their traditions.

On the other hand, I would say as an international language like second language, English is by far the best thing, because it brings closer the foreign people. Humanity is not able to learn a lot of languages, however, everybody could cope to learn just one more language which is the English, communications become easier at worldwide.

A further advantage why it is so vital that we speak English is that we will have many opportunities to work abroad and also to learn in an English speaking country. A lot of gates will be opened on the work fields and especially young generations will get a widespread knowledge. For instance , on the health industry it is really essential that doctors whose discovered some new treatments for many different illnesses , they will be shared by English language. Thereby, every countries could use it and save many lives.
As a conclusion, if people could have had a global English knowledge, they would have saved more lives.
